I don't yet own one.
DMR for my 200 was $60 and NXDN was $50 so $110 for those two.
I don't think that price has changed any so it should be correct.

Just broke down for the NXDN upgrade for my SDS100. It cost $50 from Uniden. Price for the DMR upgrade was $60, and for the ProVoice upgrade, $49.99. It was easy to pay with a credit card, then immediately receive the hexadecimal upgrade key, enter it into the scanner via the volume/squelch knob (I input the hyphens as well), then press E at the end, the screen said "Processing..." for about 10 seconds, and the upgrade was complete.
