I'm trying to create a secondary scan list in EZ software and to populate that scan list with frequency data. I'm a bit stumped about how to do this?

If you are talking about a New Configuration follow these steps -

In EZScan -
1. Click on File
2. Click on New Configuration
3. Select a CDAT Other Than 0.
4. Click on Select
5. Set Bandplan
6. Click on File
7. Set V-Scanner Description and give unique name
8. Populate your new Configuration

You then can switch between Configurations by clicking on File>Open V-Scanner Folder. Also, you can change Configurations from the scanner's menu.

If it's just a scanlist you want you have all of them in EZ-Scans General tab. Pick a free one, change its name and make it enabled and default.
Then go to the Conventional Frequencies tab and click the New button and type in the data. Expand the width of the window so you can see all the settings.

You can import from a text file if you have a bunch of frequencies and names and you have each one on its own text line.
