I am wondering on how I can listen to italkptt with a scanner

Probably not. iTALKPTT radios use GSM cellular networks and Wi-Fi for communication, which are not typically broadcast in a way that scanners can pick up.

You cannot. Even if you had an iTalkPTT radio, it would have to be authorized on the server side to receive on the group you wanted to listen to.
