How to program stars and dinwidde

Could someone help program stars and diwidde co on my 996?

For my 396, I bought ARC 396 from BuTel software, subscribed to RR (here) so I could get the database, logged on, downloaded and uploaded to the scanner and I was in business in about 15min. Without it I would have been still figuring out the manual. In fact, I still wouldn't know how to program a trunk system by hand, and I don't care to!

I hope some others on here will reply and it is possible someone will have a file for you.

To scan Dinwiddie, just plug in the frequencies in the database. They are P-25 conventional.

Once you get your 996T up and runnin' on STARS, please tell us how well it tracks the system. Some others as well as myself have noticed that the 396 isn't too good with it. This could be one of the deciding factors in whether or not I purchase one.
