You've provided screenshots of all identified frequencies in Saskatoon City so it's unclear exactly what you're asking about or trying to do. Some are trunked radio systems which the BCT15X won't be able to pick up: John G. Diefenbaker International Airport is a MotoTRBO/DMR trunked system & the BCT15X is analog only, no digital at all whether it be P25, DMR, NXDN, etc. Stick with one system at a time. If you're trying to export an "all frequencies" list and program it into memory as one system, it isn't going to work as intended. I'll make it easy for you and cross out the trunked systems your 15X won't be able to track (not going to go through the entire "all identified list")

System NameTypeCity
Becker CommunicationsMotorola Type IISaskatoon
GOTRBO NetworkDMR Motorola Connect Plus (TRBO)Multiple Locations
John G. Diefenbaker International Airport - Terminal OperationsDMR Motorola Capacity Plus Single Site (TRBO)Saskatoon

Saskatoon City ServicesMotorola Type II SmartZoneSaskatoon
Saskatoon Correctional CentreDMR Motorola Capacity Plus Single Site (TRBO)Saskatoon
TCU PlaceDMR Motorola Capacity Plus Single Site (TRBO)Saskatoon

So this leaves you with about 4 trunked systems that you'll be able to pick up with your scanner. Further, you'll only be able to pick up analog (mode "A") talkgroups on any given system

Upon reading your opening post again: by "LRT" I take it you mean "LTR"? If you're trying to program Prairie Mobile Communications (LTR), no talkgroups have been identified so you'll need to turn on ID Search to pick up activity on the system. And if you could identify and submit at least one talkgroup & its use, this will eliminate the issue for others

And I'll reiterate an excerpt from the Freescan guidance I gave you in this post...
Much easier to invest in a paid subscription to RadioReference so you can utilize RR trunk import if said "local trunking" systems are in the RRDB.
