How to upgrade DSD+ to fastlane

I have the free version of DSD+ installed and working fine. How do I upgrade to Fastlane. Do I have to uninstall DSD+ free version first. Where do I download. I did email dsdplus@gmail.com but did not get a reply, any help would be appreceiated.

no. when you get your email with your download link you download 2.186 or whatever version to a separate folder then you copy and paste all the content in the 2.186 folder to the dsd+ 1.101 and that will upgrade it to fastlane. then you can rename the 1.101 folder name to reflect the new version of dsd+

Your DSDPlus.txt file that came with 1.01 also instructs you on how to become a Fast Lane user.

In your DSD directory/folder. Open the DSDPlus.txt file and go to the bottom..

Early access to features is being offered through the DSD+ Fast Lane program.

Fast Lane updates are expected to be released about once per month.

Some Fast Lane updates WILL have issues/bugs.  That is the nature of alpha software.

Fully tested public releases will continue to be released, approximately every 6 months.


In light of the extra workload the Fast Lane program will create,
the DSD+ team is asking Fast Laners for:

  US$10 for one year of Fast Lane updates

  US$25 for unlimited Fast Lane updates

Donations above these amounts are welcomed, but it's up to you.
We're not looking to get rich here.  Funds will be used for things like
needed hardware upgrades.

Funds can be sent our Paypal account (dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com)

Please include a comment that specifies the email address that
your Fast Lane updates should be sent to.

You have to send funds using paypal to the account dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com
Send Money, Pay Online or Set Up a Merchant Account - PayPal
After that you'll get an email.
follow those instructions when it comes, you must read the Notes.txt that will be included..
