Wow... I guess saying an antenna performs 25-1300 MHz isn't fudging enough, and now people are going to start saying 500 KHz to 1500 MHz.

It's a 2M/440 antenna... It will do best in VHF and around 440 UHF. Any other band, and you get what you get.

And at HF, a vertical like this - if it performs on HF at all (maybe as a top loaded wire...) would be a huge noise magnet. Get a nice discone, ScanTenna, NilJon, ect. and feed it with the right coax. Likely to be a much better performer.

Oh by the way - Nevada Communications, despite its name, is actually in the UK. I wonder if any of our British members would comment? 73s Mike
