It's possible, but would require the fabrication of a custom Y cable to simultaneously connect the GPS, scanner, and transceiver.
I wouldn't do it, though. Having cables connected between the transceiver and the scanner increases the likelihood of ground loops and RF interference interfering with and possibly damaging the scanner. And you're talking about a significant amount of clutter with the GPS and cabling that may not be practical in a vehicle.
If you did an internal GPS install in the HP-2, then it would always have GPS capability, even when operating standalone on battery power. And you'd have less trouble with RF crosstalk.
