Thanks for the info I have the key went to put it into scanner but can not put the hyphens in it will only let me put the numbers in what am I doing wrong ?

You are trying to use the underline key instead of the hyphen (dash) key.

The underline key is grayed out, the hyphen key is not. (it's just below the 7/8 keys in the 2nd row).

Got it I have updated the HP2 to the Extreme Upgrade, took me awhile and thanks for everyones help
