What freq list are you getting that from? According to a database search here on RR there is no use of that freq in Huron county.

According to the listing HERE it is Huron County Jail. Now that info could be 20 years old

It is listed in the UNIDENTIFIED information for Huron County in RR. It shows as the RECEIVE side of a repeater. If it is still used as Jail Operations, could someone please confirm that from the area. Thanks!
