143.60 - PL 71.9 - talking about closing out (missions) - and about a A730 aircraft - I just heard one male talking - I did not hear the party he was talking to - I dont think there was any repeater tail - it was clear FM analog - heard from near Boston - possibly related to Hurricane Irene recovery ops in western Massachusetts or Vermont - Tuesday 530 PM EDT
I also caught a 143.60 carrier with PL 71.9 on Monday - but I didnt catch any voice at the time - just an unmodulated carrier
Someone else over at Scan New England heard testing on 143.60 - it was heard from south of Boston IIRC - but I think the PL heard then was 118.8
