I've been listening to 453.000, which was PMT's home channel on the White Tank Mtn's site of the system, and have heard nothing in 12+ hours.

PMT's old VHF frequencies, 150.8300/152.9900/153.0050 have similarly been silent.

I don't know if it's DMR or NXDN, but there is some kind of sporadic digital transmission on 453.000.

Can someone else decode it?

452.2375 and 452.7375 have continuous transmissions on them. Control channels for DMR or NXDN perhaps?
Both frequencies were a part of IAN's Shaw Butte site.

462.500 sounds like an analog FM stand alone repeater, with a 71.9 Hz tone. The users sound like they're loading sand into a dump truck. (Again, this is a former Shaw Butte site frequency.)
