IC-R3 Software

Does any one know of a good piece if software that I can use with the IC-R3?
I want to be able to download the contents and upload new to it.

Can i use it as a receiver for a software i have on my laptop?

I think you can only do up/downloads, not any PC control with the R3. I would like to be proven wrong :.>>

Anyway, our Wiki shows that there are only 2 packages that work with the R3 - tk3 from Bob Parnass, and ARC3 from BuTel However, if you have the new Vista OS, it appears ARC3 is not compatible with it (per the website)
