Any idea who would be using ICALL 866.2125 in Toronto? It's digital and encrypted. Been going all night.

866.2125 is part of the new Peel Region radio system. Listed as Peel Region (Project 25) system on RR.

Mike445 - I think your programming is slightly off. ICALL is 866.0125; the four ITAC channels start at 866.5125 and go up from there.
