iCall in ARC XT Pro?

I have been trying to set up iCall for a TGID in ARC XT Pro. I believe the formula is: i{TGID}

The problem I am having is that XT Pro will not allow me to use the parentheses. Or am I wrong in thinking that the parentheses are required?

Any ideas? Thank you.

You must enter the icall without parentheses.
