The Interagency Communications Interoperabilty System (ICIS) for Los Angeles County, California, shows it was updated 05-01-06 02:18. There is no color coding to show what data has been updated (green or yellow).

The change log indicated that the Misc System Text Block was updated, which doesn't trigger a "color change"
