Hi guys!
I know it's an old radio but I still find they have their use
I noticed the other day one of my PCR1000's was about 250Hz off frequency when listening to ssb calls,
so I used the EX-2099 software and hooked up the frequency counter to the CP4 point which should read 10.250000MHz and sure it showed ~10.249750MHz.
However - the software only allows you to tune it +/- 128Hz...
So what could make the reference oscillator that much off, and is there any way to coarse adjust it before fine tuning it in the software?
Cheers!
