Hey whats up everyone, im a bit confused on this topic, so I noticed that when I am in ID search it never really displays the text tag just an ID #. Also is it ok to have a conventional system and a trunked system on the same system quick key? Also the ID's that I see showing up on the ID search dont even match up with what I programmed into my PROSCAN? Unless the numbers just change like that when its in ID search? So is it better to be in ID scan or ID search? Thank you

You also asked about mixing Trunk Systems vs Conventional, you can PGRM them separate under the same SQKey but I keep them PGRM in separate SQKeys

easily found in the owners manual like the answers for all your other questions.
I cant read manuals, my eyes are permanently locked from that feature. Ill stick to the forums where ppl actually answer what I have asked Appreciate it tho! Thanks man!

Doctor Smarty pants is your new nickname sir
It's a legitimate question about how manuals (including online manuals) can't be read but forum messages on the screen can be. We understand that you may have a problem with vision but not all of us know why there would be a difference between reading a manual and reading a forum. Please educate us.

ID Search will play any tg transmitted on the tuned site that is not explicitly locked out in your programming. ID Scan only plays tgs that you have programmed into the radio that are not explicitly locked out.

Michael, I understand your OCD. We talked on your request for a suggestion for a replacement for your stock antenna on your 325p2.

Just so you know, you have folks responding to you who are some of the most notable members of radio reference! You wouldn't know that, as you, just started posting.

Considerate it all information to learn by. Good experiences or bad. There is so much to learn and these people are the ones that you will learn it from.

Real diagnosed OCD is tough but as you know in everything in life, you have to fit in. You have to adapt, other people are not required to or expected to... I'm not telling you anything new here.

Take a breath and get back on your horse. Research things on the internet first before posting a thread. Ask Google or whoever five different ways, not members on RR.

Do a reset and you'll probably find a lot of folks here will Step Up and help you.

It's hard to join a fam in your situation. Just my... $0.02 :D
