Mark, You should be able to from your location.Some talkgroups are repeated statewide on safe-t. IDEM Talkgroups are the following Talkgroup 1376-IDEM DSP, Talkgroup 38544-IDEM OPS 1, Talkgroup 39360-IDEM OPS 1.

I am in NW Indiana and have those talkgroups programmed in my scanner. They must not come across Lake County simulcast very often, my hit counter only shows 1 hit on IDEM Ops 2 39360 talkgroup in about 6 months.
