IMAX 2000 VS MAX 2000

What's the difference in these antennas. Believe people confuse them in discussion.
Looking for good bandwidth Tx/Rx across the 10,11,12 meter bands. Is adding the radial kit worth it?

My understanding is that there is no difference at all. The Max2000 is the "version" that is marketed to hams, because of the Imax2000's association with CB.

I have heard mixed things on the radial kit, and haven't used one in a really long time, so I don't have any hard numbers for you. Most people seem to say that for 10, 11, 12, adding the radials seems to help a slight bit. However, not using the radial kit opens the antenna up more, i.e. 17m and 15m, to an extent. Can even be used in a very inefficient manner on 20m without the radial kit.
