Is there some setting in Windows to increase USB buffer memory? I was getting similar errors in Linux and there was a command to raise the buffers which resolved it.
I always get an error at anything above 6 SDRs at once. It's not power or CPU or controller bandwidth related or specific to any brand of SDR. I tried the 3 java -Xms -Xmx Xss parameters to raise those memory limits and it didn't help, even giving it 64GB of RAM.
