interesting antenna at Bethel on hwy.78

This morning ., while travelling westbound on 78., just before Bethel., was an interesting antenna array., two tall towers,redand white., with a curtain type antenna strung between the two towers.

Anyone have a clue what this is and for what purpose?
Didn't look military., a unique amateur antenna perhaps?
