AR-DV10 Is it possible to power several hours from an external power supply?

Hello.
I bought a used AOR AR-DV10. The battery drains in 4 hours on both analog and digital without the backlight on all the time.
Is it possible to power several (ten) hours from an external power supply?

Connecting the power supply to the right or to the charging cup ?

Easily, since it charges by USB. Just use a 20,000 mAh phone powerbank thing. I've done this with both the TRX1 and BCD436hp scanner before.

Yes, mine is always connected to the included power supply with the “AA” battery case without batteries
