Is there apossiblity to broutcast mp3 or any kind of sound file

I winder if there is a possiblity to make a radio station can send sound files like music over vhf uhf using rtl-sdr like radio stations that can pick chose a spacific frequincy and send the file to listen it from radios or uhf devices

If im following you right.. You want to transmit a audio file across a radio frequency? So basically like a AM or FM radio station??

I have seen a couple of Linux based programs that allow you to transmit using SDR but i haven't ever played with any of them.

Based off that i would say what your looking for is possible but i wonder the legality if not broadcasting on a frequency you have a license for or permission to use, Also Royalty and Copy Right laws of music and such....
