Is this a good sub for LMR-400?

It looks more like a version of their classic 9913 considering the 10ga center conductor. That means you'll have to shave it with a sharp knife if you expect to put a PL-259 on it. FYI Belden 9913 has similar electrical characteristics to Times Microwave LMR400 so you're correct in that regard.

The Belden cable is an LMR400 equivalent and probably more expensive than Times or Commscope.

All the cables mentioned will fit a standard Amphenol PL259 without shaving anything, a 10ga center conductor is standard for these cables. Avoid Chinese connectors and you should be fine or invest in the proper crimper and connectors for LMR400.

Belden 7810 is EXCELLENT coax.

I have it in service at several tower sites.

I have 200 feet of Belden 7810SB showing up on my doorstep any day now. I wanted the 7810A, but there was only 53 feet of it in stock at the Belden factory. No problem, though, the only difference is the jacket material. A bit of an upgrade with Low Smoke Zero Halogen HDPE insulation.
