I have not been able to update my data base this whole week. I am using sentinel software for sds 100. I click on Menu >Update master database then it times out.

spectrum in Ohio. All security turned off and I still can't connect to server. Any suggestions? I was able to two weeks ago and I did not change anything.
turn all your networking stuff off (wifi, modem, router, etc) and, and turn it all back on again. Once lights return to normal, reboot your computer.spectrum in Ohio. I called Tech support and everything is working now, thanks everyone for your input.

She said some of the settings on their end were wrong.OK... So what was wrong with it????
