Island Lake PD?

Who dispatches them and what frequencies or Talkgroups are they using? The Data base says UHF with Lake Zurich, Their new cars have UHF antennas but I believe LZ is on the Lake County Starcomm PII Enc, there is also a VHF repeater as dispatch in the database? There is also talk groups on the Lake county database?

I saw those too.. But the newest cars 2020 Fords have UHF antennas Most everyone in Lake County have migrated to Starcomm. Unless they are still using UHF or keeping a Backup radio..

Yeah, not sure what those would be for, these are the only other frequencies listed by FCC license.

Yes, Island Lake is dispatched by LZ on a StarCom TG, encrypted.

Possible the UHF antennas are for the T band 470.7375 repeater? LZ was on that for a long time and ILPD was also prior to starcom. Just a guess.
