I've concluded I'm an idiot (or, "STARS Help")

I've got a 996XT and the BuTel software. No matter how I play with it, I've never been able to program the 996XT to hear a darn thing on the STARS system. And, evidently, I can search worth a darn because I can't find a file anywhere.

So - is there anyone who has figured this out and can point me to where I can download something for BuTel that works?
