Jason mode/wspr

HAS anyone used this mode..band//frequency.

Also downloaded WSPR...It seems it is a type of BEACON sent out, not for a 2 way communication.

I haven't used "Jason" but I have used WSPR. I worked eastern Europe from New York on 5 watts.

How can you tell you worked them..wspr..

I just downloaded JASON, but couldn't get it to work for a while, but found out in my case you dont select a com port and it worked with windows xp, will give it a try tmrw.

What frequency were you on on wspr

I was on either 20 or 30 meters. I'd have to go look at my log.

I know I worked someone on digital the same way I know I worked them on voice - we had a conversation.

I think those modes which is a <WSPR> beacon , and JASON which I have tried a few times..no one using it , but will try JASON off and on, but enjoy a conversation with rtty/contestia etc..

If your on sstv nf2G... look for me on 10.132 using mp73n mmsstv..a lot of fun.
