...for Perseus and WinRadio. I've recently downloaded a newer version which works a lot a lot better than the previous which frequently locked up the laptop (Dell Inspiron 6400). I only have WinRadio G303 so you'll have to experiment if you have a Perseus.
There are instructions for downloading quite a few databases which were pretty useless to me as they were mainly European BC bands - the downloads for the Eibi Perseus *.CSV files didn't work properly with Winradio so I found how to convert the *.TXT versions to the list and it works very well.
The list of frequencies/stations follows the Winradio and vice versa - you can control the radio from the database - like Eibi it will show either only active stations or all stations. You can sort stations in alphabetical order so that you immediately can see which Tx's are going right now and just scroll through the list - works well. I am wotking on my MWARA, HFDL and NZ AM BC list to see if I can make those show in the database as well.
