Just wondering if anyone here knows what frequencies the Kalamazoo (or WMU) Police and/or firefighters use.

They don't use frequencies, they use talkgroups on MPSCS.

ooookkkaaaaaayyyy except that i dont know anything about the MPSCS sytem or how to use a trunking system with my scanner (if its even possible)

We don't know if your scanner will until you tell us what is the model # of your scanner
It will need to use APCO 25
