Kansas MARRS System Band plan

Does anyone have the band plan or base frequency for the MARRS system? I have someone who is trying to non-affiliate scan the system and while it is tracking the talkgroups, it will not unmute. These are on unencrypted talkgroups and using an APX 4000xh.

Thank you very much, apparently I had the system setup as Phase-II TDMA. Stupid on my part. Thanks for the information.
