Why am I not hearing any KDOT road crews on Ksics? I am using a 436hp.

I listened to them all afternoon and night while working here in Topeka/Shawnee County. What area were you trying to hear them in?
Miami County/ I turned on my pro 106 and was able to pick them up. I guess I'll just have to reprogram the bcd436 I am using arc536basic software
Were you able to hear them on the 436 before? Have you checked to ensure the Public Works service type isn't disabled?

Yes, I was able to hear them in the past. I was using ksics not the nationwide.
Right, but the reason I asked is that all KDOT talkgroups in KSICS are listed as tag (service type) "Public Works". Disabling this service type in the scanner would cause it to skip over these talkgroups and you wouldn't hear the transmissions
