Kent County PD Numbering Scheme

I have the following down so far the new Kent County PD renumbering -

18xx - GRPD North
19xx - GRPD East
16xx - GRPD West
14xx - GRPD South

22xx - Wyoming
73xx - Walker
77xx - Grandville
81xx - East Grand Rapids

Anybody know if these are correct or may have more information?

Is GRPD still using 21 to designate a supervisor, such as 1821, 1921, etc?

It's been awhile since they used "21". They've been using 10, 20, or 30 depending on the shift.

GRPD then has abandoned the NORTH/SOUTH/EAST/WEST that they were using then I take it.

Yep, for example- "South 34" is now "1434"

Wasn't all that long ago we had Adam, Baker, Charlie, & David to indicate areas.

Anyone know when the rockford post cars are downtown did they get renumbered or are they still 6-10 adam, david, etc.

Heard a 17 unit today any ideas what the 17 number is. It was on the north freq.

I think I have it correct now as:

16xx - West
17xx - North
18xx - East
19xx - South

19xx - Southeast

I have a longer list and will try to get that on the Wiki in the next day or so.

Hello, I did not want to start a new thread for this, I was wondering if either Bergg or kasparek could help me out with some information.
I am moving to Grand Rapids, I was wondering what type of signalling does the Public Safety use in this area, Flint uses MDC1200.
I was also wondering if by any chance you had some of the unit ID's?

As of the 9th..
