Kern County CHP SR58 division border

Does anyone know where the State Route 58 division point is between the Mojave Office ("Gold" freq) and Bakersfield Office ("Brown" freq)? I thought it was the Cache Creek Inspection Facility, but a local thought it was further west.

Would not be surprised if it was the 202, first off ramp for Tehachapi headed East last one going west?

I believe Mojave patrols up to the Hart Flat exit. I know the Keene scales are Mojave.
