Kingston Ontario Police?

Does anyone have the new P25 system freq's for Kingston Ontario? The database here only shows 2 vhf freq's for police which was the old conventional system... but I read that Kingston has upgraded their systems to P25 as of March 20th.

I'll be in Kingston next weekend (Aug 5-7) and would like to get my scanner programmed by then. Also, are there freq's for the Penitentiary?

I think the new frequencies were posted somewhere around here but I believe that the thread also said they are 100% encrypted.

Don't know about the penetentiary though.
