I just heard Guardian 1 on Sea/KC (KCSO SE3) trunk heading to Kitsap. Then switched to MARS (KC/Sea), said he was trying to raise Kitsap and KCSO on LERN and didn't hear a response. He was not sure which to talk or monitor on: UHF LERN or MARS.
Anyone hear anything? YOU should be monitoring this forum!
