I happened across this document a couple weeks ago surfing around....it is pretty much a blueprint of the rebanding efforts/costs for the Countywide Integrated Radio System, with system maps, #s of radios, who uses them, etc.

I wonder why they want macom to be the planner, supplier and technical expert. There should be independant third party validation at the end, and I would not use the equipment supplier as the planner. This gives macom a free hand to do what they want.
