LA TICP missing hospitals?

The 2023 v1 LA TICP (dated 04/14/23), in the list of hospitals at the end, does not include RR UCLA Med Center (UCL), which is still in an official-source list provided by the state recently. Any idea why? Is it no longer reachable on the MED UHF for some reason. Now that I look more closely, there are other hospitals with codes starting with "V" and "W" that are not shown either (though I don't show hailing codes for those in my source). Did the TICP leave off the last page?

Where does the TICP originate? It seems to be very similar to the LACoFD TMAC docs floating around.

UCL is no longer reachable via radio. It was removed.

USC Verdugo Hills Hospital (VHH)

Valley Presbyterian Hospital (VPH)

White Memorial Hospital (WMH)

Whittier Hospital Medical Ctr. (WHH)

though as I said, these are probably legitimately missing, as there were no hailing codes (as with some others in the doc).

Those hospitals are not base hospitals which is why there is no way to contact them via the med channels.
