Lacey NJ New Frequency/System

Hi Guys,

I just read in one of the local papers, a new radio system/freq was activated in Lacey, at the end of August linking PD/Fire/EMS . Anyone have information on frequency/PL etc.

Considering Lacey public safety is using Low, VHF and UHF, and many of the FGround and tacs areusing the county trunk system, I would say it isnt a new frequency, but more like a gateway to bring those systems together. Can you post a link to the article?

Here is a link to an article. We received a $106000 grant for this system. It suppose to be a single channel system to link all since PD has own dispatch and F/EMS goes through the county system.

If the frequency already exists, I am willing to be it is a National I/O channel that was never programmed (surprise surprise). If that is the case, I would like to know where the $106K is going.
