Langley had an exercise this week and I've been monitoring the activity. I've found at least six active TG's that I've not heard used in the past. I've submitted them to the DB, but I'll post them here as the exercise is still ongoing (will probably wind down this evening).
17264 Exercise related (state name call signs)

18992 Exercise related (call signs of Red, could be simulated deployed maintenance operations)
19312 Exercise related (heard some line number talk. This could be either a mobilty loading line number or flight ops line number. Due to the time in the exercise most likely flight operations scheduling related.)
19568 Exercise related (Heard a call for the team chief. This could be the inspection team talk group)
19664 Exercise related (heard a lot of traffic, but never could determine the exact user)
some of the existing talk groups were also used. I heard a lot of traffic on 19024.
