I suggest looking at the DB a little bit closer you could have saved yourself the time of posting this...... weather or not the above system im posting is in use is up for you to monitor as far as the system you posted that system is p25 and licensed to the city for the schools and SRO units in them from Troy PD school admin ops and faculty are on this system as well(p25 sys)
Ok so I am listening to this channel but they are talking about building that need trash pick up at the RPI and I was told they have taken the Lansingburg frequencies and are using them on a DMR system bc all of the RPI Licenses are expired
IN RELATION TO WHERE THE SCHOOLS ARE TO EACH OTHER IS HIGH SCHOOL IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE RPI CAMPUS AND HOUSING. SO ITS NOT A STRETCH THAT BOTH ENITIES ARE OPERATING ON THE SYSTEM. JUST BECAUSE THE LICENSE IS EXPIRED DOESNT MEAN THEY ARENT CONTINOUSLY USING THE SYSTEM EITHER....

Are you aware there are several repeater frequencies on the WQAV356 license? 461.5625, 463.5125 and 464.125 at 5th Ave and 462.0375 at Turnpike Rd. I assume the 7th Ave HS could use one of the 5th Ave site frequencies and would not need its own on-site repeater.

i have the 464.12500 with color code 1 and talk group 110 and time slot 1 programmed into my radio and that is what i am getting the RPI college maintenance team talking about garbage removal from out side of buildings and also today i was listening to them calling for help with offices and rooms flooding and need to get extra floor fans
So you are saying the RRDB info for 464.125 is actually RPI. But what are you hearing on the other frequencies licensed to Lansingburgh and is Lansingburgh possibly also on 464.125 with a different CT/TG or even possibly analog in addition to RPI?

Why do you keep posting this when I have responded to you privately with suggestions that you do not follow?
It appears that the RRDB listing for 464.125 is actually RPI but we need reliable information to correct the listing.
You have not responded to my question about if you have attempted to verify Lansinburgh is not using any of the their licensed frequencies.
You also posted about LaSalle Institute using DMR and you got a reply about an expired license. I suggested that since both Lansingburgh and LaSalle licenses showed Wells Communications as the service vendor it is often the case when a user disappears from their licensed frequency but are still using their radios that they have gone on that providers trunked system. So I suggested you check the 2 Wells DMR trunked systems in the area.
We went through the same thing with your repeated posts about Star and Strand Bus and I suggested several shared repeater frequencies in the area they might be on since the use conventional UHF radios.
You have to do you own detective work to track down these small users including search scan and close call if they are not on possible shared or trunked systems.
You can't expect someone will magically come up with details on these users if you just keep posting the same question and don't respond to suggestions from those attempting to help.

Ok so the info I have is the frequencies that are listed above are the ones I have programmed and I still am getting the RPI university maintenance team talking in those frequencies so other than that I am not sure if the Lansingburgh school on 7th ave is still using them as they are licensed
