From what I've heard they are removing ADP as the free option and replacing it with single key AES. ADP will still be available for purchase (maybe free if requested?), as will multi key AES (which I'd imagine will be fairly more expensive compared to ADP).
So for someone who only needs fairly simple single key encryption then AES is clearly the better choice. Harris did this last year as well.. they had been giving away single key DES and changed it to AES.
