Curious about ISP dispatch "laptop system" they use? I've heard on the scanner..."mobile cop" Is this an encrypted 800Mhz frequency system? Anyone know the actual frequencies?

MobileCop is a part of a suite of law enforcement software from InterAct. Again it's software running on computers so you can't tune to it on your scanner.
