I'm coming out to visit next week. In previous trips I brought a VHF radio, this trip I'm going to try UHF. I have looked at various repeater directories and club web sites. Seems to be some conflicting info when looking at several places online. I am just curious as to which UHF repeater(s) have decent coverage for a handheld and have echolink in Las Vegas Metro area.

Thanks

SNRC is the repeater coordinator. They have a big list of UHF repeaters

These are some of my favorites:

447.975 tx tone 85.4 rx tone 82.5 Remote base tied to 146.520 net on Monday night at 8:30 PM and Saturday morning at 9:00 AM
448.075 127.3 "The Fitz" on top of what is now called "The D" on Fremont St
447.325 100 ARES/RACES Net on Monday night at 7:30
448.875 114.8 has echolink

These two are mixed mode analog and DMR, so you want tone squelch on or you'll be blasted by noise anytime someone is on DMR
447.300 100 Mountain View Hospital net on Monday night at 9:00 PM and Saturday morning at 8:30 AM
448.625 114.8 on Black mountain - the mountain in the Southwest part of the valley with all the towers on it

Southern Nevada has a - 5MHz offset
