LAX Tower and Ground Programming.

I have a BCD436HP and I am new and completely lost with programming. Could any kind soul please program me a Favorite with both the ground and tower frequencies for the North and South runways and a Quick Key. I know the frequencies but don't know how to program it with the Sentinel software. I sure would appreciate it. Thanks, Bob.
