Ok guys. I know I asked this before but I never got a response so I'll ask again. Surely there is someone out there that has an answer.
My question...Is Lincoln Co SO using OKWIN? According to the database they are but I have recorded 0 hits on them ever since they had a talkgroup. I pick up the Shawnee and Tecumseh towers just fine from east OKC but never a peep from Lincoln Co. I've driven up and down I-44 many times but not a hit. As I sit here in east OKC I'm barely picking up the trunking signal from the Bristow tower so I know it's working.
Do they have their system set to only access the Bristow tower? Why do I not hear them on adjacent towers that I can pick up better?
