Lincoln University PD Monitoring

I am attempting to monitor Lincoln University's Police radio feed but have found nothing. They self dispatch and do not utilize Harris TDMA radios like RR's database says. Would anyone know what their repeater frequency is?

To anyone watching this feed. Lincoln University PD (Public Safety) has migrated to the P25 Phase II system with ChesCo. I can imagine they still self dispatch, but utilize their talk group for primary traffic.
