Linking Repeaters

Looking for a way to link two repeaters.
I have an Echolink node (KDØSTN-R #998166) set up and connected remotely to my local repeater. I am using a FT2900R, Signal link USB, and running windows 10. Everything works fine. My club would like to link their repeater to mine. Their repeater is about 15 miles from my location and there is no internet access at their repeater site. I know nothing about linking. Can anyone help?

you will need an infrastructure to backhaul between the sites. With no internet at their end, that would be the biggest issue.

You don't need internet to link repeaters. The most common way used to be using RF links in the 420MHz range. We have ARES repeaters linked to two counties all with 420 links. It's simple and a failure of the internet won't take the system down. Should work well over 15 miles. I can't give you a primer on linking in a few sentences, however.
