Listening to my feed

I listen to my feed using ScannerLive. Feed is upstairs in a back bedroom. Current lag time with live scanner is about 6 or 7 seconds. Might be the quickest I've seen since I started streaming. My smartphone is a different story. It's running about 1 min 30 sec behind using Scanner Radio Pro

My broadcastify feed is about two minute delay, listening with an app, webserver is a bit less listening with the same app.

Never saw the lag time so fast and now it's back to 1 min 30 sec

Latency depends on the Media Player. WinAmp is about 3 to 4 seconds. See if the media player has a network buffer that can be set to low to none.
